At St. Colum’s GAA Club we’re committed to developing the strength, fitness and character of all of our players.
Our club is drawn from the communities of Kealkill and Coomhola outside Bantry in West Cork, and it has provided support and training for football and hurling since it was founded in the 1970s.
In 2009, the club expanded to support camogie too, and the three codes are now flourishing here side by side.
We’re a club with strong youth divisions, and two of our teams have qualified for finals in the 2013 season. We’re very proud that our own Alan O’Connor is a key member of the Cork senior football team, and we’re looking forward to developing the club further in the years ahead.
Earlier in 2013, we won planning permission to re-develop our grounds, and as we set out on a new and exciting phase in our club’s history, we welcome new members and supporters to join the St. Colum’s community.
